Documents You Must Have Before Applying a Residence Permit
If you are a returning student, you should have:
1. Passport is valid for 12 months or more.
2.Correctly completed application form with photo attached (photos must be 2 inch white background visa-specific ones taken within nearly one year).
3.Prepare your photocopies of the ID-info page of your passport, the currently valid visa page, and the page with the latest entry seal.
4.Letter of authorization issued by the school.
If you are a new student, additionally you should have:
1. Go to the Immigration Bureau to take electronic photos.
2. The Health Certificate issued by Beijing International Travel Healthcare Center.
3. Original and photocopy of JW202 form and official admission notice.
