March 22, 2022 is the 30th World Water Day, and March 22-28 is the 35th China Water Week. Water resources has always been one of the scarce resources in China and even the world. In order to enable teachers and students to further strengthen water-saving awareness, establish water-saving concept, master water-saving knowledge, develop good water-saving habits, and build an energy-saving campus, the Youth League Committee of the Accounting School of Jiangsu Vocational and Technical College of Finance and economics has carried out a series of publicity and education activities in combination with the theme of the publicity week.
This activity will be conducted online and offline simultaneously. Online activities began to be publicized and warmed up on March 24. Through the sharing and observation of high-quality videos on the theme of World Water Day, all classes are encouraged to actively carry out characteristic activities on the theme of water saving. The offline activities were carried out at the gate of the school's Yiyuan at noon on March 26, and carried out smoothly with the active promotion of the Youth Volunteer Association of our school. During the activity, the young people are willing to hold the publicity signs of water conservation to warmly introduce the activity to the passing students, so that they can understand the importance of water conservation. The students actively signed on the publicity banner of managing water according to law, using water scientifically and consciously saving water to clarify their determination to save water in the future. In addition, the students voluntarily read out the water-saving slogans prepared by the young volunteers, which conveyed the importance of water conservation to the passing students. At the end of the activity, the young volunteers took a group photo at the gate of Yiyuan in the East canteen with a banner full of names managing water according to law, using water scientifically and consciously saving water.
This water-saving publicity campaign popularized water-saving knowledge in many aspects and ways, created a good atmosphere of water conservation, water conservation and water protection, and played a positive educational role in guiding teachers and students to establish water-saving concept and practice water-saving lifestyle.
